Admission Procedure

The school admits children into the various Classes based on the age criterion given below:

Age limit for LKG is Minimum 4 years as on June 30th of the year of admission.
Age limit for UKG is Minimum 5 years as on June 30th of the year of admission.
Age limit for class I is Minimum 6 years as on June 30th of the year of admission.

Admission for I to V standards will be based on previous year performance
Admission for VI to X is based on Written Exam and Oral Interview

We believe that all children are intelligent and all admissions are made on the child's mental ability, creativity and aptitude.

Documents to be submitted along with the application for admission:

  • Photocopies of the following documents (originals of which should be brought by the parents at the time of interview)
  • Birth Certificate / Transfer Certificate of the Child.
  • Community Certificate (if any).
  • All the school Reports / Mark sheets of the previous school/s attended.
  • Two recent passport size colour photographs of the student, one passport size colour photograph of the father and mother (taken in the last 3 months), including the one pasted on the admission form.

*Incomplete forms are liable to be rejected.

Tests and Exams

Since evaluation forms a part of the curriculum, the students are subjected to continuous assessment at different levels and at different periods of the academic year.

Awards and prizes

Students exhibiting outstanding performance in academic and non-academic curriculum are awarded prizes from time to time as a token of appreciation and encouragement.

Gold medal is been awarded to a student, whose performance is outstanding in all the domains.

Do's and Don'ts for students

  • Punctuality & regularity in attending school should be maintained. Students should reach school at least 10 minutes before the assembly.
  • All students should wear the prescribed uniform in proper style and pattern on all working/celebration days of the school.
  • All the students should put-in a minimum of 90% attendance during the academic year.
  • Students are advised to attend all the assessment tests, unit tests and final exams punctually.
  • Every student is expected to take part in all the co-curriculum and extra-curricular activities as a part of his/his civic training.
